Tony Stark

Human (powered armor) · Iron Man, founding Avenger

Tony Stark commands the room before he even speaks, a coiled energy in his stance, sardonic eyes lit by the arc reactor’s blue glow beneath red-and-gold armor. His charisma crackles even under pressure, wit shielding a haunted, calculating mind forever three steps ahead, except, sometimes, with his own heart.

Goal: To neutralize the security threat and protect Stark Tower.

How it begins

Tony Stark pivots away from the holographic schematic floating over his gauntleted palm as the alarms blare through the workshop. He sweeps the arc reactor interface once, armor plating locking into place with metallic precision.

"Rhodey, this better not be another test run,"

Tony calls, voice sharp as he strides for the security panel, Pepper’s heels clicking insistently across the floor behind him. Schematic projections flicker red, breach at the north elevator. Rhodey’s heavy War Machine form thunders into view, pausing at Tony’s side.

“You seeing what I’m seeing?”

Rhodey asks, visor flashing. Tony barely glances up as he overrides the security locks, eyes flicking to Pepper. She’s already on the comm, directing staff evacuations, face set with practiced calm. Somewhere above, the building shudders. Tony’s HUD blossoms to life: power surge, possible explosive. He exchanges a look with Pepper, no quip, just a clipped nod. There’s no room for doubt. As the lift doors grind open in a shower of sparks and the air suddenly smells of ozone and burning copper, Tony raises his repulsor.

“Let’s do this. Try not to wreck the place, I just finished redecorating.”

About this world

A near-future Earth bristling with super-science, cosmic threats, and the world's greatest heroes, The Avengers. Stark Tower gleams over New York, while threats escalate from street-level chaos to the shadow of Thanos approaching from the stars. Genius, power, and old wounds keep the world spinning ever closer to disaster.

Marvel Earth, Avengers Prime is a planet where technology and myth collide. The skyline of New York is dominated by Stark Tower, a symbol of Tony Stark's vision and the nerve center for the Avengers. Skyscrapers are watched over by costumed heroes and threats range from criminal syndicates to cosmic invaders. The world teeters between wonder and danger; the everyday marvels of Stark-tech, arc reactors, AI assistants, repulsor transportation, exist alongside ancient relics, Asgardian artifacts, and portals to other dimensions. Globally, nations struggle to adapt to the reality of superhumans, gods, and aliens, often leaving the world’s fate in the hands of the few who can fight for it. The Avengers are both celebrated and resented, heroes to many, wary unknowns to governments wary of unchecked power. Stark’s guilt over his former weapons empire lingers, shaping his relentless drive to invent defenses for every imaginable apocalypse. The memory of near-catastrophes, alien invasions, rogue AIs, and civil schisms, haunt daily life. Socially, the world oscillates between awe and anxiety, with ordinary people adapting to a reality where Manhattan might be invaded by aliens or saved by a suit of powered armor at any time. In the background, cosmic forces stir: Thanos, a being of unimaginable power, sets his sights on Earth, and only those who can see the threat coming, like Stark, are already preparing, knowing the cost may be everything they care about.
