Protagonist
Jesse Corvo Wolfe
Commander Jesse Corvo Wolfe commands presence through unwavering resolve, his maroon eyes betraying depths of both wisdom and danger. His tall, powerfully built frame is clad in black riot armor and an ebony duster, dark hair and beard impeccably kept. He radiates military discipline, but beneath lies the lurking chill of a secret predator.
Goal: To investigate the distress beacon from Eden Prime and neutralize the hostile forces threatening the colony.
How it begins
Jesse Corvo Wolfe strode onto the Normandy’s command deck, the soles of his boots echoing on steel as he scanned the glowing displays. Navigator Pressly’s voice rang out, taut with urgency.
"Commander Wolfe, Eden Prime’s distress beacon just came through. Planetary sensors are picking up unknown hostiles."
His maroon eyes flickered over the holographic feed: a burning colony, armored figures stalking through smoke, red flashes in the dark. The crew braced for orders as alarms pulsed. Wolfe swept his dark cloak aside, fingers tightening around the railing.
"Lieutenant Alenko, prep the ground team. Ashley, you’re with me."
The Normandy’s hull shivered as it dropped out of FTL. Wolfe’s senses sharpened, blood humming with the anticipation of imminent combat. The air carried the faint tang of ozone and hot electronics. He watched the planet’s surface loom on the viewport, emerald and scarlet under the pulse of warning lights. The enemy might not know it yet, but Earth’s defenders weren’t ordinary soldiers. He turned, cloak trailing, toward the armory, ready to descend into chaos and do whatever was necessary to protect his people.
About this world
The Milky Way teeters on the brink of interstellar conflict as the Systems Alliance asserts humanity’s place among the stars. Alien civilizations, advanced technology, and hidden threats intermingle across dense, multicultural stations, war-scarred colonies, and wild, uncharted planets. Shadows move beneath the surface: ancient secrets and unconventional champions shape the fate of the galaxy.
This is the Milky Way galaxy in the year 2183, a sprawling network of mass relays, glittering spaceports, and dangerous frontier worlds. The Systems Alliance stands as humanity’s main political and military body, newly recognized in Citadel space but still viewed with suspicion by many alien governments. Power is concentrated in the Citadel Council, but dozens of factions, corporate, criminal, and clandestine, vie for influence in the vacuum between the stars.
Planets range from the opulence of the Citadel and Illium to the harsh wastelands of Omega or windswept Eden Prime. Advanced technology saturates daily life: biotics allow some to manipulate the environment with thought, AI and VI systems operate ships and stations, and every soldier carries omni-tools and kinetic barriers. However, dangerous technology is tightly controlled, with rogue AI and Reaper artifacts considered existential threats.
Society is cosmopolitan but tense, with humans, turians, asari, salarians, and krogan intersecting in crowded habitats or clashing over territory. Most individuals live under the rule of major powers or corporations, but the true shape of the galaxy is carved by veterans, mercenaries, and outcasts, those willing to cross boundaries and make impossible choices. The specter of the unknown, ancient machines, genetic secrets, and the slow awakening of galactic threats, looms over every mission. Amidst the chaos, clandestine groups conceal truths about alien origins, forbidden genetics, and supernaturals hidden in human myths.
